My Team Animation accepted for Prestigious ‘Cartoon Forum’
My Team Animation are proud to announce that they have been accepted for and will be showcasing their work at the prestigious ‘Cartoon Forum’ event, 22nd – 25th September, 2004, Galicia, Spain.

The purpose of the Cartoon Forum is to foster co-productions and accelerate financial arrangements in the area of European animation programmes destined for television.

Acceptance to the forum is rigorous with the team having worked for two and a half years to develop the project concept and artwork.

My Team Animation has also been combining Plastic Animation Paper (PAP) and Animo 6.0 (Cambridge Animation Systems). PAP allows for the animator to draw straight to the computer screen, eliminating the traditional method of painstakingly drawing each frame therefore producing the whole animation in the digital realm. My Team are also producing the trailer in widescreen High Definition format (HD), for a truly cinematic experience.

Using this technology My Team Animation has developed The Ministry; an animation centred on God T. Almighty and his crack Universal Management team at The Ministry, as they battle ex- Ministry employee, Lucifer and his rival corporation H.E.L.L. Inc. for control of the welfare and administration of the universe. The Ministry has received interest from UK Broadcaster Channel 4 Television and has sponsored the project at Cartoon Forum.

In conjunction with My Team Animation’s recent successes and due to growing interest in The Ministry from the public and media, two websites are to be launched Friday 16th July.

www.myteamanimation.com / www.myteamanimation.co.uk give information about My Team Animation, the production team, previous work and progress on The Ministry to date.

www.theministry.tv is a chance for people to meet the characters and experience life working in The Ministry. Featuring mainly graphic, interactive and animated content, the website will use the whole spectrum of media to excite; music, video, games, animation, images, interactive elements etc.
